Asst. Prof. Dr. Betül Mammadov was born in Istanbul in 1985. She graduated from Otakçılar High School in 2002 and Marmara University Midwifery Department in 2007. She then continued her master's and doctoral studies at Near East University. In 2019, she received the title of doctor of science by defending her doctoral thesis titled "Determining the views on the clamp and determining the effectiveness of the new design clamp". In 2019, she was appointed as an assistant professor at Near East University. She has been serving as the Deputy Dean of the Near East University Faculty of Health Sciences since 2019. Articles in national and international indexed journals; she has made speeches and presentations at congresses and symposiums. Asst. Prof. Dr. Betül Mammadov's academic interests include issues such as violence against women, newborn health and diseases, and innovation in midwifery. She is married and has two children.
