Dietitian Burçin Karavelioğlu, Research Assistant at Near East University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, gave a poster presentation at the “13th Pediatric Biotics and Microbiota Academy” Congress. The study entitled “Evaluation of Knowledge on Fermented Food Content and Health Benefits Among Individuals Living in Northern Cyprus”, carried out by Prof. Dr. Adile Öniz Özgören, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, and Dietitian Burçin Karavelioğlu, was presented as a poster at the congress organized by the Pediatric Probiotics, Prebiotics, Functional Foods and Microbiota Association between 6-9 February 2025.
