Uğur Belet was born on March 1, 1997 in Yenişehir, Nicosia. He completed his primary education in Dikmen Primary School. After completing his secondary school education at Bayraktar Secondary School and his high school education at Bülent Ecevit Anadolu High School, he continued his education in the Department of Audiology at the Faculty of Health Sciences. After graduating in 2019, he started his master's degree at the Near East University Institute of Health Sciences in the same year and completed his master's degree in 2022. He has been continuing his doctoral education since 2022. Since 2020, he has been working as a research assistant at the Department of Audiology at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the Near East University.
