Menil ÇELEBİ was born in Famagusta in 1987. She graduated from Ege University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Sociology in 2010. She completed her master's degree in Sociology at Istanbul Maltepe University Institute of Social Sciences in 2013, and completed her doctorate at the Department of Educational Management at Near East University in 2020. In 2023, having gained the title of Asst. Prof. Dr., she currently continues to work at the Near East University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Social Work.
