Doctor Mehmet Vatansever completed his 2-year compulsory service in Gaziantep after graduating from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Medicine in 1986. He was appointed to Izmir in 1988 and performed his military service in Manisa in 1989-1990. He completed his specialization in Orthopedics and Traumatology at Fırat and Ege Universities, which he started in the same year. After working at Liverpool Fazarkley Hospital in England between 1996 and 1997, he worked intensively as a specialist physician at Manisa State Hospitals until 2023. He is interested in kinesiology, biomechanics, occupational therapy and GETAT, is a member of professional associations Totbid, Totder, Kecd and Tusyad, and is the regional representative of TEMA foundation. He is currently actively working as a lecturer at the Faculty of Health Sciences of Near East University. He is married and has two children.
