He graduated from METU Department of Psychology in 1991. In the same year, he started his master's degree program at Marmara University, Department of Audiology and Speech Disorders. He completed his master's degree in 1994 and his doctorate program in 2002. Between 1996 and 2014, he worked as a training and technical support officer in cochlear implant and hearing aid companies. He worked as a faculty member at Konya Karatay University in 2014 and at Istanbul Medeniyet University in 2015. Fields of study: cochlea implant, hearing aid and audiological diagnosis.
