He was born in Ankara in 1975. He is the second son of an immigrant family from Paphos, to parents who are teachers. He completed primary school, secondary school and high school in Cyprus. He graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Social Services in 2001. After returning to Cyprus, he carried out projects with many ministries, non-governmental organizations and state institutions and took an active role in initiatives and platforms. In 2019, he completed his master's degree at Near East University, Human Resources Development Program in Education. He currently continues to work as a Research Assistant at Near East University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Social Work. Radical Social Work advocate and rights activist.
